Dr. Ronald Fagan is the head gastroenterologist, internist and primary care physician at LI Medical Group, which is located on the Hempstead Turnpike in Bethpage Farmingdale, New York (Long Island).
Dr. Fagan received his medical degree at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Mexico. Following a stint at Long Island Jewish Medical Center (to finish his residency), he worked at the Brooklyn Hospital Center to complete a gastroenterology fellowship.
Aside from annual physicals, the various medical issues Dr. Fagan diagnoses and non-surgical treatment services he provides include ear infections, allergy tests, sinus problems and urinary tract infections. He will always seek to fully review and understand each patient’s medical history, including any medications someone may be taking (if any). This helps him provide accurate diagnoses of patients’ digestive issues, whether they relate to the small intestine, the gallbladder, the esophagus, etc.
